Compass Support Young Leaders Programme

Our Young Leaders Programme provides a platform for young residents to have their voice heard in the community.

Learn to develop essential life-long skills and self-management by becoming an advocate for youth. We give young people the tools and skills to turn passion into action as you work towards positive change in your community.

Ideal for any young people aged 10 to 19 who want to develop their skill set, this free programme ensures that the needs of our future generation are being recognised and supported. Becoming a Young Leader encourages individuals to take ownership of their provisions while delivering social action campaigns.
Based at The Sanctuary in Castle Vale, training sessions are delivered:

  • Every Tuesday from 4pm to 6pm
  • Every Thursday from 6pm to 8pm

Our youth team provide training and guidance and offer ongoing support & supervision through the delivery of projects. This is a great opportunity to gain some voluntary experience, accredited training and boost employability skills. Anyone can be a leader, so why not break the glass ceiling through to new opportunities!
