Our community development and planning approach focuses on our core communities in:
- Castle Vale, where we work in partnership with others to develop and implement the Castle Vale Neighbourhood Plan
- Falcon Lodge – where we have worked in Partnership with Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council to develop and implement the Falcon Lodge Community Plan
- Stockland Green where we support the key aims of SGOHT and the wider partners across the Ward
Through our wider partnership within Birmingham we contribute to a range of plans and good practice guides to identify opportunities and develop new initiatives for local areas.
