Our support workers offer a broad range of personalised and flexible services to encourage those living independently to fulfill their potential.

This initiative is designed for Castle Vale residents to develop their skills, grow in confidence and get the most out of life and their tenancies within the community. By offering tailored sessions we can support adults with a range of personal challenges and signpost them to local services that can help with any additional needs.

Our aim is simple; to empower residents when making their choices; to encourage a healthy, happy lifestyle; to enjoy a fulfilling life with meaningful friend and family connections. We support people in their home, in the community and at our centres, with:

  • Family & relationships
  • Confidence and social inclusion
  • Drug/alcohol dependency
  • Physical and mental wellbeing
  • Debt & benefit
  • Employment support
  • Practical life development
  • GP appointment support
  • PIP appeal support
