Compass Support, the charitable subsidiary of The Pioneer Group, received a £500 donation from IM Properties following its Christmas fundraising activities.

IM Properties’ donation will go towards supporting our volunteer development and parent ambassador initiatives. We are extremely grateful for contributions from organisations like IM properties that help Compass Support carry out valuable community-driven projects.
The volunteer development programme provides tools for local people to engage in the community and help others, while developing their own skills. The parent ambassador project enlists the help of parent/carer volunteers to support other parents and improve the wellbeing of families. Parent ambassadors listen to residents’ feedback and help organise activities for local families. For example, its school clothing project helps hundreds of children access good quality, preloved uniform.

We are delighted to donate £500 to Compass Support, one of four social value charity partners at our Peddimore scheme in Minworth, helping us to invest in the local community.
We actively encourage everyone at IM Properties to give their time and help to raise funds as part of our commitment to social value. Last year our MD, Tim Wooldridge, ran a half marathon for Compass Support, raising £1,000.
In 2022, we look forward to continuing this partnership approach and to create benefit where it is needed most, including encouraging local grassroots organisations to apply for grants through our Peddimore Community Fund.
In addition to this donation and Mr Wooldridge’s half marathon run, IM Properties has undertaken a number of fundraising activities on behalf of Compass Support. In early December, IM Properties donated £800 to Compass Support following a fundraising event. It also collected food to assist Compass Support with its youth campaign, ‘No one Without’.
IM Properties is a Midlands-based privately owned property group with investment and development portfolios across the UK, Europe and USA.
As well as fundraising, Compass Support works closely with IM Properties to help residents of Castle Vale, Stockland Green and Falcon Lodge to access new job opportunities through its Peddimore development.
