As a member of the Operational Management team within Compass Support, I am responsible for service delivery and development, generating income, developing new business opportunities, performance management and contract compliance for Youth Services, Education and Employment support services and

I have a background in youth and community work, having previously worked in Local Authority Youth Services as well as many years in the voluntary sector (my CV tells me it’s now over 12 years since I started as career as a trainee youth worker, which makes me feel older than I would like!).
