We run a free local Job Club, open to all residents of the community who are looking for assistance with employment and training opportunities.

Employment is an important part of life that means more than financial gain. It provides mental stimulation, a social connection, pride, and is a journey directed by you. Here at Compass Support we want to empower people to be able to gain skills and help those with their employment venture. We offer a wide range of support to all ages, who are looking for work, volunteer and training opportunities.

Through one-to-one discussions, our qualified trainers puts together a personalised action plan that is then delivered over an agreed period of time. We work with individuals to adapt plans to suit personal needs. We can also offer additional workshops such as CV Building, Interview Skills and Online Training to develop expertise for your employment journey.

Job Club is a great way to build motivation and confidence to get individuals out into the world of work resulting in members achieving interviews, BMET courses, and careers. Our sessions provide an arm of support that some may not be able to find elsewhere and can act as a support group to stay connected to others while searching for employment.
